Purpose of the Site

Bailey County Busted Mugshots is an informational guide. It stores no official roster, booking record, court file, or booking photograph. It cannot verify custody, arrange a release, submit a filing, or act for a public office.

The site identifies research paths for local, state, and federal records. For example, it links to the Bailey County Sheriff's Office, the county's jail visiting information, and the District Clerk, along with third-party research tools. The linked offices, not this site, control their records. Texas Government Code Chapter 552 governs public-information access from Texas governmental bodies.
